2. Cancelling before you trade
You may cancel your account application at any time before your account is funded, without giving a reason. Where applicable law grants you a cooling-off period after entering into our agreement, you may cancel within that period by notifying us in writing, provided no trades have been executed. Any funds you deposited will be returned to the original payment method, less any third-party charges.
3. After trading has started
Once you have placed a trade, executed transactions cannot be cancelled or reversed, because their value depends on market movements outside our control. You may still close your account at any time by following the steps below.
4. How to close your account
- Close all open positions and cancel any pending orders.
- Submit a withdrawal request for your available balance through the client area.
- Email support@super-xe.com from your registered address, confirming that you wish to close your account.
We will confirm closure once all balances have been settled and any compliance checks completed.
5. Withdrawal conditions
Verification requirements
To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must complete the required verification procedures, including providing a valid ID and proof of address as required by the Company.
Processing time
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 business days of submission. Processing time may vary depending on factors such as your account status, the withdrawal amount and the payment method.
Outstanding balances
For a withdrawal to be approved and processed, all outstanding balances must be settled. Otherwise, the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
Third-party withdrawals
Withdrawals are permitted only to accounts in the same name as the trading account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security reasons.
Anti-money laundering (AML)
To comply with AML regulations, we may request additional documents or information for larger withdrawal amounts or in certain specific cases.
6. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original funding source in your name, in line with anti-money-laundering rules. Card refunds are limited to the amount originally deposited by card; any remaining balance is returned by bank transfer to an account in your name. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
7. Promotions and cancellation
If you cancel or close your account while taking part in a promotion, any promotional credits or benefits that have not met their conditions will be removed in line with the relevant promotion terms.
8. Cancellation by Super-Xe
We may cancel your registration or close your account where required by law, where information provided is found to be inaccurate, or where the account is used in breach of our Terms and Conditions. Where permitted, we will give you notice and return any remaining balance after settling outstanding obligations.

The preamble to these terms of use is an integral part of them and, together with all company policies, constitutes a binding agreement between the user and Super-Xe. You and all persons using the website are referred to as the "User" and/or "Customer".
By accessing, visiting and/or using this website, each User unequivocally and unconditionally agrees to all of these terms and conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between the User and Super-Xe, and agrees to comply with them fully. All activities on, with and/or through this website are subject to these terms and conditions.
